Welcome to Lemonade by Kalvin

Lemonade by Kalvin was born one summer evening when friends gathered for dinner and I decided to whip up some lemonade. Inspired by the idea of adding basil for a unique twist, I began a journey of experimentation that lasted 18 months. I tried countless combinations, ratios, and techniques, using my family and friends as taste testers. A pivotal moment in this adventure was when I provided lemonade for my brother's wedding, which helped me grasp the scale of production needed.

In the spring of 2022, I officially launched Lemonade by Kalvin, aiming to offer a refreshing take on this classic summer drink. Each sip is crafted to embody the essence of summer, with a rotating selection of flavors that highlights the freshest, locally-sourced fruits whenever possible.

While summer may be fleeting here in Saskatoon, our lemonade season runs from May through Thanksgiving, culminating with our delightful cranberry lemonades. However, we don’t just pack up and hibernate for the winter! In winter 2024, we proudly introduced Cocktails by Kalvin, a line of year-round beverages. Just like our lemonade, these cocktails are designed to reflect the unique flavors of each season.

Whether you choose lemonade or cocktails, our goal is to achieve the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory. Sweetness comes from the fruit, tartness from the lemons, and a hint of savoriness from herbs or spices. Every drink is handcrafted and packaged with love right here in Saskatoon.
